Head of Sales program Maintenance and Machinebuilding
Milling
Milling is a CNC machining process in which material is removed from the workpiece with a rotating blade (miller) that moves along different axes.
Milling and drilling are performed on CNC machines up to a maximum workpiece length of 8000 mm, a maximum workpiece width of 2200 mm, a maximum workpiece height of 4000 mm and a weight of 35 tons.
Grinding
Grinding is a finishing process that uses an abrasive wheel to achieve a very smooth surface on a workpiece or to remove very small amounts of material. CNC grinding is a precision method often used to achieve high precision and finish on parts such as bearings, axles and other components where tight tolerances and surface smoothness are critical. Sanding is ideal for removing small defects and preparing surfaces for further processes such as polishing or coating.
Our machine park enables longitudinal circumferential grinding with a grinding disc to achieve demanding workpiece tolerances, where the maximum length is 6500 mm, the maximum width is 1250 mm, and the maximum height is 500 mm.
Circumferential internal grinding from a bore diameter of 80 mm to 600 mm and a maximum depth of 300 mm; accuracy up to 0.02 mm.
Turning
Turning is a process in which the workpiece rotates around a vertical axis while cutting tools move horizontally and vertically to remove material. This method is particularly suitable for processing large, heavy or asymmetric workpieces, such as large discs, rings and other cylindrical parts. CNC machines for turning enable workpieces to be processed with high precision and rapid material removal, which is crucial for large production series.
CNC turning
• max. workpiece weight 32 t
• up to 3.800 mm diameter
• up to 2.500mm height
CNC and conventional turning between centers
• max. workpiece weight 14 t
• up to 950 mm diameter
• up to 5.400 mm length
• max. workpiece weight 10 t
• up to 720 mm diameter
• up to 11.000 mm length
Welding
Welding is the process of joining two or more metal parts using heat, which causes the material to melt and create a strong bond between them. CNC welding involves the use of automated systems to precisely perform welding processes, which ensures consistency, precision and quality of welds.
Our automated systems enable welding of various shapes and structures up to 35 tons.
Surface treatment
Surface treatment is a process used to improve the appearance, corrosion resistance, strength and other properties of the surface of a workpiece. This process includes various techniques such as sandblasting, polishing, electroplating, painting and coating, which can be carried out with the help of CNC equipment to ensure a uniform and high quality finish. Surface treatment is crucial in the production of finished products, where the aesthetic and functional properties of the surface are important.
